Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to the executive leadership team to drive business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Direct the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and bank relations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting department, fostering a culture of professional development and performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to manage periodic audits effectively.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work on-site in Binondo, Manila.
