Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Collaborate with international team members to ensure alignment of financial practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
