Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) with accurate reporting
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Manage accounting team performance, providing mentorship and professional development
- Optimize accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep knowledge of PAS, BIR regulations, and corporate taxation requirements
- Proven experience in financial reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
