Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is preferred
