In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting processes while maintaining compliance with Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK) and auditing requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and submit financial statements in compliance with Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Lead financial reporting consolidation processes for multiple entities
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely completion
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on accounting best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK) and auditing standards
- Experience with financial reporting consolidation processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred
