Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with multi-currency accounting and international operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred
