Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Manage budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits efficiently
- Implement and improve accounting systems and controls
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
