Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive accounting consulting services to clients, including system implementation, process optimization, and compliance advice
- Lead client engagements and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting-related matters
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development
- Stay current with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
- Conduct training sessions for clients on accounting software and financial management
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for client engagements and internal use
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting services, consulting, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software implementation and training (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role
