Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive accounting consulting services including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Develop and implement customized financial systems and internal controls for clients
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic business recommendations
- Lead audits and reviews ensuring adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Train clients and staff on accounting software and best practices
- Manage client relationships and identify new service opportunities
- Prepare complex financial statements and regulatory filings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/financial consulting
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven client management and project leadership experience
