Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper recording of transactions
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Contribute to financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations
- Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
