Tanggung Jawab
- Lead development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance guidance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements and IFRS standards
- Collaborate with operations team on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Expertise in manufacturing industry accounting practices
- Proven track record in process improvement and team development
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to financial detail
