Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare and record accurate journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax reports (e.g., PPh21, PPh23, PPN).
- Monitor and analyze department expenditures against approved budgets.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounting Staff, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Zahir) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
