Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely transaction processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for all corporate accounts
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and implement audit recommendations
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental operations
- Stay updated on evolving tax regulations and ensure compliance in reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- CPA or ACCA certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
