Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Handle all tax-related matters including tax filings, tax planning, and responding to tax audits
- Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting with emphasis on taxation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly
- Professional certification (such as Akuntan Publik or Brevet A/B) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
