Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and PPh 21/23/26.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes.
- Develop and implement robust accounting internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff.
- Analyze financial reports to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget monitoring processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Expertise in utilizing accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
