Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and drive operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification highly preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high accuracy standards
