Join Haju Medical Indonesia's dynamic finance team as a Senior Accounting, Tax & Finance professional. In this pivotal role, you'll drive financial excellence by overseeing monthly accounting cycles, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support our healthcare operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial processes, prepare board-level reports, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with company guidelines and Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Lead financial reporting processes for management and stakeholder communications
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial audits and internal control reviews
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A or B) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
