Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with PSAK standards
- Oversee tax compliance processes including PPh, PPN, and local tax filings
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls and regulatory adherence
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures improvements
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices and technical skills
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certification in Brevet A/B or tax compliance is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
