Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
  • Manage administrative functions including office coordination, record-keeping, and documentation systems
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for management review
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
  • Implement and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Streamline administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Support audits and tax preparation processes with accurate documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Professional certification like ACCA/CMA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and administration roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
