Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle all data entry for payment processing and financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and records
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
