Tanggung Jawab
- Handle all data entry for payment processing and financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
