Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL reconciliation.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget management.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Support the audit process by preparing relevant schedules and documentation.
- Manage bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-set accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations, GST filings, and corporate accounting practices.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
