Luludemon Collectibles is expanding, and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accounts Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our financial operations, ensuring fiscal accuracy, and supporting our rapid growth in the collectibles market.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting, from day-to-day bookkeeping to the preparation of management reports. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset required to keep our numbers as sharp as our inventory. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and tax filings (SST/Income Tax).
- Maintain accurate records of inventory costs and valuation for trading card assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or audit role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, or UBS).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a high-growth environment.
- Passion for the trading card or hobby collectible industry is a significant advantage.
