Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) processes from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial data integrity
- Monitor fund movements and track financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in LC/BG processes and lender coordination
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
