Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting for group entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow operations, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Ensure full regulatory and statutory compliance, including tax filings (SST/Income Tax) and audit requirements.
- Lead finance automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage full-set accounts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
