Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian GAAP
- Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation
- Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting initiatives
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for operational decision-making
- Supervise junior accounting staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in full-cycle operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
- Experience in agricultural or FMCG industry highly desirable
