Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget performance
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Report directly to the Finance Manager and provide regular updates on financial status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA) is a plus
- Experience in the security industry is preferred
