Hitachi Elevator is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our regional operations, ensuring compliance, and providing critical financial reporting to support our business objectives.
You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting processes, working in a collaborative environment where precision and efficiency are highly valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee full set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Manage tax filings, including SST and corporate tax computations, to ensure timely submissions.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management to drive cost optimization.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality output across the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL accounting systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
