Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certifications like ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and FRS standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous
