Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models to support business expansion decisions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA/CA/CPA preferred)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and MFRS standards
- Proven experience in renewable energy or manufacturing sector
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
