Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts and oversee month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Perform complex financial consolidation for various regional entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders for annual audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support cross-border engagements, managing multi-currency transactions and tax implications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a regional context.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across different cultural backgrounds.
