Kim Heng Marine and Oilfield Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Senior/Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Jurong East. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to our stakeholders, ensuring fiscal transparency, and supporting the overall growth of our business operations.
As an Accounts Executive, you will handle full-set accounts, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to drive financial efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and CPF contributions.
- Monitor and track cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Assist in the preparation of GST filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor budgets and analyze financial variances.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct regular audits.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in the marine or oil and gas industry is a significant advantage.
