Join Easmed as a Senior Accounts Executive and spearhead critical financial operations for The Air Station. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and month-end closing
- Lead payroll processing and tax compliance initiatives for organizational workforce
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and audit readiness
- Provide comprehensive shared services support to The Air Station including budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance examinations
- Streamline financial workflows through automation and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior leadership
- Expertise in Philippine Tax Code, BIR regulations, and SEC reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel with macros
- Proven track record in payroll processing and multi-departmental financial support
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success in process optimization
