Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Accounting Standards (FRS) and tax regulations (IRAS)
- Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Lead accounts payable/receivable teams, implementing process improvements and training programs
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain robust financial controls and implement risk mitigation measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks)
- Expert knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and FRS reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven track record in financial accuracy
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to mentor junior staff
