Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations
- Implement and improve accounting controls and systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting practices
- Audit experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
