Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning and filing processes
- Monitor financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and ensure timely completion of requirements
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing regular updates to management
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cloud-based services or technology company is advantageous
