Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Lead budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting processes
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow optimization, and treasury operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business decision-making through financial insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in a senior supervisory role
- Deep expertise in Malaysian FRS/MFRS standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop accounting teams
- Exceptional analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in manufacturing or lighting industry preferred
