Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Financial Statements.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support monthly forecasting activities.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS) and tax regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Senior Accounts Executive role.
- Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
