Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing variance analysis as needed
- Reconcile bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred
