Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and inventory accounting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards (SFRS)
- Handle GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct inventory valuation, stock count reconciliation, and cost variance analysis using SAP
- Utilize SAP modules to streamline accounting processes, enhance data accuracy, and generate ad-hoc reports
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles and provide required documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting, with a focus on inventory management
- Strong proficiency in SAP (essential) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Solid understanding of inventory cost accounting, transfer pricing, and stock valuation methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of preparing accurate financial reports and meeting tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
