We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to join Tan Boon Ming in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will manage the general ledger reporting functions, oversee treasury matters, and maintain the accounting system. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, optimize cash flow, and support strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Handle treasury operations including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and fund management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies during audits and filings.
- Maintain and enhance the accounting system and internal control procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Stay updated on Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of MFRS, SST, and corporate tax requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
