Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger to ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis reports.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all tax regulations, including SST, Corporate Tax, and Withholding Tax submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
- Coordinate closely with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, monitor project progress claims, and support project costing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- For Accounts Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- For Senior Accounts Executive: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction or property development sector.
- Strong practical knowledge of MFRS / MPERS and Malaysian tax laws is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and major accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS).
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
