Tanggung Jawab
- Manage regional accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure comprehensive tax compliance and statutory reporting across assigned regions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements supporting senior management decision-making
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing regional accounting operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
