Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and post Accounts Receivable receipts and Accounts Payable payments with accuracy
- Prepare and process intercompany and related company billing documentation
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial alignment
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounts receivable/payable experience
- Construction industry accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
