We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to lead financial accounting and reporting activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our construction and development projects.

You will work closely with project managers and senior leadership to ensure financial compliance, budget adherence, and timely reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all financial accounting activities for construction projects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor project budgets and provide variance analysis to project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for construction projects
- Assist in financial forecasting and budget preparation for future projects
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial issues and provide guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in construction or development
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
