Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set accounts including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and treasury operations
- Coordinate external audits and maintain financial documentation systems
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management
- Process payroll and administer employee benefits administration
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certifications like ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian FRS standards and tax compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder reporting and collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous
