In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex accounting cycles, specifically within the construction sector. You will play a key role in financial planning, budget preparation, and process improvement, ensuring the company's fiscal health remains robust.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and balance sheets.
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and filings.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis for construction projects.
- Review invoices and ensure accurate coding and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with auditors and external tax consultants during annual audits.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards (SAS) and GST regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
