Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end full-set accounting processes including general ledger maintenance, month-end/year-end closures, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and submit statutory compliance documents (GST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO)
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Analyze financial performance through variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
- Implement accounting system enhancements and process automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualifications like ACCA/CA/MIA will be advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling full-set accounts in a senior capacity
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel with advanced functions
- Deep understanding of Malaysian FRS standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing statutory compliance and audit processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to lead accounting projects and process improvements
