Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy and prevent fraud
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software and other relevant financial systems
- Experience with external and internal audit processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred
