In this critical role, you will be responsible for the integrity of the General Ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining month-end closing processes, managing intercompany reconciliations, and providing actionable financial insights to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of General Ledger (GL) accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual statutory audits and tax filings.
- Manage intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation across global entities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/FRS and internal financial policies and controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accounting workflows and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting within an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
