- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and cost accounting systems
- Monitor inventory movements and reconcile physical counts with financial records
- Analyze inventory costs and implement cost optimization strategies
- Prepare regular inventory reports and cost analysis for management review
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve inventory management processes
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and cost variances
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory and costing
- Stay updated with inventory accounting standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory and cost accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods and cost accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred
